Event Support


The event support will work with our event coordinator to ensure the success of our online and live events. His/her tasks will relate to the preparation, organization, and on-site/online coordination of our events. Thanks to his/her detailed-oriented, team-success and collaborative mindset, the event support will play an important role in guaranteeing the achievement of our initiatives. Thanks to his/her great communicating and organization skills, she/he will become an important piece of our organization.



You are:
-    Perfectly fluent in English (Speaking French will also be helpful)
-    Detail-oriented and very rigorous
-    Good at communicating internally and externally, both written and spoken 
-    Comfortable picking up your phone
-    Stress-resistant and respectful of deadlines
-    A team player that likes to help others and make the company succeed

You believe:
-    That double-checking your work is part of any task
-    That communicating in person or via the phone is often easier than via email

You have
-    At least 3 years of experience working in an SME
-    A bachelor’s degree in public relations, event management, communication or similar
-    Good to great Microsoft office skills
-    A flexible mind that likes to multi tasks
-    An outgoing personality that fits well with a dynamic team

You will work directly with Virginie, our event coordinator, along with the rest of our marketing, editorial and sales teams
